Keeping animals from doing their business in my yard!?

Any ideas for keeping neighborhood animals from crapping and urinating in my yard? We’ve just planted grass and I would like to keep it green! Also cats are digging in my barkdust and spraying my door. I wish people would have respect for others and keep their animals at home!!! Any help is appreciated!
