Green Millionaire Scam?

The Green Millionaire is becoming very popular primarily because of the television commercials that make a compelling case for people to go and visit the website to get the FREE Report on how to become a Green Millionaire. When you order your free copy of the “The Green Millionaire” you are also subscribed to “The Green Millionaire” eMagazine automatically.

If you like the  eMagainzes you will be billed $29.95 after a 14 day trial period  and every 60 days thereafter. According to the terms and conditions on the site you can cancel at any time during the trial period adn will not be charged.  The book is supposed to come electronically but I never received it.

I did receive a copy of the “Government Incentives Report” for Pennsylvania. I found the information in the report to be quite interesting and it gave me a number of ideas on how I might be able to tap into some FREE money for going green. It seems they tailor each report  to your state of residence. Although they claim the report is FREE you are still required to pay a $1.00 processing fee.  There are a number of complaints about the program, most  are from people like me who did not realize I was subscribing to a 14 day trial because I was more focused on seeing what information was included. I did not file a scam complaint nor do I intend to because it was my fault I subscribed without truly understanding the deal. I will reserve my judgement on the program until I actually receive the report. I will update this review at that time. For now I feel it prudent to send a link so you can review the complaint board and a link for you to review the site yourself.
